Karl Baker is a retail industry veteran with more than 25 years of management experience at some of the UK’s best-known retailers. He joined Halfords in 2009, where he has played an integral role in the growth and success of the retail business before strategically helping the business launch Halfords Mobile Experts, which he oversees as Operations Director today.
